Take CortiCore once a day for at least 30 consecutive days, which is one full pouch (each pouch holds 30 servings). If the cortisol belly has not started to budge, if sleep has not deepened, if the 4pm crash has not eased, send us a photo of the empty pouch within 60 days of the original order and we refund. Email support@menoreign.com with your order number, the word REFUND in the subject line, and the empty-pouch photo. We process within two business days.
Adverse-reaction exception. If you stopped taking CortiCore before 30 days because of a reaction, write to us and tell us what happened. We refund without the 30-day requirement.
Returns process
- Email support with your order number and the empty-pouch photo (or, if adverse-reaction, a note describing the reaction).
- We confirm eligibility and refund the original payment method. No restocking fee.
- If pouches are unopened and you want to return them physically, we send a return label. If pouches are opened or empty, you keep them.
One-time payment, no subscription
Every plan is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel. You pay once at checkout, the pouches arrive together, and when you finish them you decide whether to place a new order.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email support within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will replace the order at no charge or refund the purchase.
