What we collect, why, and how to make us forget you.

This policy describes what data MenoReign (Yank Media LLC) collects, what we use it for, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. It applies to menoreign.com and any subdomains we operate.

1. Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone (optional), and the payment-method details required to process the order. Payment-card data is collected directly by our payment processor (Stripe or Shop Pay) and is not stored on our servers.

When you browse the site, we collect: anonymized analytics about pages viewed, scroll depth, click events, device type, and approximate location (city-level, derived from IP). We do not collect raw IP addresses for long-term storage.

If you email us, we keep the email and our reply for support-history purposes.

2. How we use it

  • To fulfill and ship your orders.
  • To send you transactional email: order confirmation, shipping updates, refund confirmations.
  • To improve the site: identify which pages or sections are confusing, which CTAs work, where readers drop off.
  • To run advertising on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other platforms, including audience matching and conversion attribution.
  • To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not rent your email list.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted third-party services. Each one has access only to the data needed for its specific function.

  • Payment processing. Stripe and Shop Pay handle card data. They are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
  • Order fulfillment. Our shipping partner (Shopify Shipping or equivalent) receives your name, shipping address, and order contents.
  • Email. Klaviyo or equivalent ESP handles transactional and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email.
  • Google Analytics 4. Aggregated pageviews, events, and conversion attribution. Sets first-party cookies. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or via your browser settings.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram). Logs anonymized pageviews and checkout events so we can measure ad performance and build audiences. Opt out at facebook.com/help.
  • Contentsquare. Captures anonymized session behavior (click maps, scroll patterns, error events) so we can improve the site UX. Does not record form input, payment data, or anything you type. Opt out via the Contentsquare cookie controls served on the page.
  • Umami. Privacy-friendly aggregated pageview counts. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. The site works without them, but some functionality (cart memory, attribution) depends on them.

  • Essential: cart, session, checkout state. Required for the site to function.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies for measurement; Umami is cookie-free.
  • UX behavior: Contentsquare sets a session cookie to record anonymized click and scroll behavior.
  • Advertising: Meta Pixel sets a cookie to attribute conversions to ad campaigns. You can block these via your browser settings.
  • Attribution: we store UTM tags in local storage for up to 30 days so we know which campaign brought you to the site.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Opt out of marketing email, advertising audience matching, or analytics tracking.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@menoreign.com with the word PRIVACY in the subject line. We respond within 30 days.

6. How long we keep your data

Order records and tax-related documents are retained for seven years to comply with U.S. tax law. Marketing data is retained as long as you remain subscribed. Analytics data is aggregated and retained indefinitely in anonymized form. When you request deletion, we remove personal identifiers and retain only anonymized aggregates required for accounting.
